Liverpool have been amazing on the road with huge victories over teams such as Southampton (League Cup), Manchester City and Chelsea (English Premier League). The Reds, who have resembled a potent force under their manager Jurgen Klopp, will be keen to continue their impressive away form when they face Newcastle United at St James' Park on Sunday.

Liverpool players seem to be enjoying their football under Klopp, who has won over Reds' fans with good results Klopp's charismatic approach towards the game has rubbed off on players such as James Milner, Emre Can, who will miss this game due to suspension, and Adam Lallana, who have been brilliant for the Reds.

Klopp has had a splendid start to his Liverpool career as he has only lost once so far in all competitions. They have won three out of their last four EPL games, which will give Liverpool immense confidence at St. James Park.

Newcastle United boss, Steve McClaren knows Klopp and his style of football even before the German took over Liverpool as McClaren was Wolfsburg's boss when Klopp was at Borussia Dortmund, who were one of the most entertaining teams to watch in Europe.

McCLaren sees traces of Dortmund in the present Liverpool side.

"[Klopp] is a quality coach, I know him well from Dortmund in Germany," EPL official website quoted McClaren as saying. "I have played against [Dortmund] a couple of times. I can see Dortmund in his Liverpool team. But we have to claw our way back and come through it."

Newcastle have been one of the worst teams in the competition as they languish at the bottom of the table in relegation zone. They currently lie on the second last position of the league and are aware of the need to climb up the table, which is possible if they manage to defeat Liverpool at home.

They are not short of quality players in their ranks with stars such as Papiss Cisse, Moussa Sissoko and Fabricio Coloccini, but these players have failed as a unit.

"We have to see some light and then keep going. We have good players and they need to come through this. The way they are playing there is effort there, it is just a lack of confidence," said McClaren.

Liverpool players, on the other hand, are full of confidence and are playing some attractive football. With the return of Daniel Sturridge and Jordan Henderson, Klopp has a wide range of players to choose from to help Liverpool win at St. James' Park. However, Liverpool's magician, Philippe Coutinho has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.
