Since the beginning, celebrity therapist Jenn Mann has helped celebrity couples overcome their differences and accept each other's flaws. While this remains the focus of the reality TV show, the therapist has also focussed on celebrities and their personal problems. This is seen most evidently in Janice Dickinson'scase. Dr. Jenn Mann has been supportive of the former supermodel, who has revealed that she was raped and molested by Bill Cosby.

This week's episode of "Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn" promises to be very intense. The promo hints that every celebrity on the show will face their worst fears, dark pasts and horrors that they can't get over.

In the promo for Season 6, Episode 8, Dr. Jenn Mann conducts a group therapy session for the couples in the house. Instead of talking about their relationship's problems, they each reveal their own anxieties. For former "Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star, Kaylin Garcia, this includes an abusive childhood.

Joe Budden's girlfriend breaks down as she says, "My mom beat the shit out of me and shaved my head bald."

In Janice Dickinson's case, her trauma results from a father who reportedly sexually assaulted one of her sisters. The former supermodel says, "My father was a bad guy." The rest of the cast makes overhwhelming revelations on the show.

In order to help them overcome it, the cast members are asked to smash a life size poster on which their face and their fears are embedded.

"Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn" Season 6, Episode 8 airs on Wednesday, 18 November at 10pm on VH1. You can live stream the episode here.
