Juventus will face Inter Milan in the first leg of the semifinal at the Juventus Stadium in Torino on Wednesday.

The hosts are invincible currently as they are on a 11-match winning streak and will be a very difficult opponent to beat.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan have managed to win only three out of their last eight matches that they have played across all the leagues.

But they registered a comfortable 2-0 victory over Napoli in the quarterfinal of the Coppa Italia earlier.

Recently, Inter drew against 10-men Carpi 1-1 and that was not an expected result from Roberto Mancini and his men in blue and black stripes.

Both sides have good memories when it comes to winning the Coppa Italia. Juventus have won this competition a record 10 times, whereas Inter Milan have won it seven times. In fact, the hosts are the defending champions.

There will be a second leg of the semifinal that will be played on 2 March later this year. Whoever emerges victorious in the semifinal of the Coppa Italia will face either AC Milan or Alessandria in the big final.

Allegri is confident of achieving a positive result in the derby game on Wednesday. This is not just another derby but this is the Coppa Italia semifinals and both sides will want to win the first leg.

"We want to end the season this way on May 8 for the league, May 21 for the Coppa Italia and May 28 in the Champions League," Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri told reporters ahead of the game on Tuesday.

"We have a packed schedule ahead but we must stay level-headed. As I have always said, keeping your cool and focus is everything in football and the boys have maintained theirs brilliantly in the last few months."

"It is a long season when you compete in as many competitions as we do and the most important thing is to ensure that we end it with one or two pieces of silverware to show for it."

Probable lineups:

Juventus: Neto; Caceres, Bonucci, Chiellini; Cuadrado, Sturaro, Marchisio, Pogba, Alex Sandro, Dybala, Morata.

Inter: Handanovic; D'Ambrosio, Miranda, Juan Jesus, Santon; Medel, Kondogbia, Felipe Melo; Ljajic, Perisic, Jovetic.
