Paraguay are all set to take on Jamaica in a Group B fixture of the Copa America 2015 at the Estadio Regional Calvo y Bascuñán on 16 June.

Paraguay came from behind to draw their first game against Argentina and secured a point from that all-important match. While Jamaica suffered a narrow defeat in the hands of Uruguay who could only manage to score a single goal in that match.

Paraguay would look to win this match against Jamaica and ease their pressure as they will be facing the defending champions Uruguay in their next fixture of the group stage. Uruguay had defeated Paraguay in the final of the Copa America 2011, thus Ramon Diaz's side would look to turn things around this time.

On the other hand, Jamaica had played some good football in their first ever Copa America game against Uruguay. Their defenders were mostly at the correct place throughout the match, but could not restrain Uruguay's Christian Rodriguez's solitary goal resulting in a defeat.

The head coach of the Jamaican team Winfried Schäfer is still confident that his boys can make it to the last eight depsite the defeat in their first game. But if they lose this game, their campaign of Copa America 2015 will be over technically as they will be facing Argentina in their final game of the group stages.

"We want to go to the quarter-finals, that's why we came to Chile to play in the Copa America. Now we have to watch how the players recover. The next game against Paraguay is going to be very difficult. We know we can play good football and we hope against Paraguay we can play the same and have a little bit of luck," Schäfer said in an interview to the official website of the Jamaica Football Federation ahead of their clash against Paraguay.

"For the Uruguay match, nobody gave us a chance, but I hope the people in Chile and South America know now that we can play good football in Jamaica, though our main goal is preparation for the World Cup qualification," he added.

"After the game the players were down but we know we can beat Paraguay, maybe we can take a point against Argentina - why not? We have to believe in ourselves. I'm very proud of the players and the team, we played very well. After the goal we played more aggressively. I think the players played very well for Jamaica, everyone gave 100 per cent and we have to prepare for the next match," the head coach of Jamaica added.

Paraguay is unlikely to make much changes to their side after their game against Argentina. It may well be the late equaliser from Lucas Barrios in the last game that might earn him a place in the starting XI against Jamaica.

Expected Line-ups:

Paraguay: Villar, M Caceres, Da Silva, Balbuena, Samudio, Valdez, Ortiz, V Caceres, Benitez, Ortigoza, Santa Cruz.

Jamaica: Miller, Taylor, Morgan, Mariappa, Lawrence; Watson, Barnes, Austin, McAnuff, Mattocks, Brown.
