Colombo, Nov 17 (ANI): Sri Lankan President, Mahinda Rajapaksa has responded angrily to British Prime Minister David Cameron's threat to seek an international inquiry into allegations of war crimes against the island nation at the end of a civil war. Taunting at the demand of Cameron to finish an investigation by March, an aggressive Rajapaksa said that it is better to request and not to dictate.
