New Delhi, Sep 24 (ANI): Reacting to former Army chief (retired) Gen VK Singh___s claim that certain ministers in Jammu and Kashmir are given money by the Army for stability, Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Tuesday said that Singh must reveal the names of the ministers to whom money was given. Earlier, VK Singh admitted that the money from the secret fund was used in Kashmir but only towards social schemes. Singh said that the money that had been given was a part of the 'Sadbhavna' that is carried out by the Army. He said that it was given to only to stabilize the areas affected by terror as well as the areas across the border.
