Vineeth Sreenivasan's third film Thira will release on 14 November.

The film's trailer released last month and has been a huge hit on You Tube. Vineeth is currently busy with the film's post-production work but confirmed that it will release on November 14.

Thira stars Shobhana who is making a comeback to Mollywood, after a hiatus. She was busy with her dance school commitments but said she found the script too tempting to reject. Thira will be completely different from Vineeth's previous release Thattathin Marayath.

Thira will be a thriller and will have Vineeth's brother Dhyan Sreenivasan playing the male lead. Produced by Manoj Menon under the banner of Rells Magic, Thira's screenplay was written by Vineeth's cousin Rakesh Mantodi.

Dhyan is making his debut in the film. He said that the film was fun and it was hard looking at Vineeth as a director. "I have never been able to see him as a director, though I know I am supposed to. He talks to me as to any other actor, but whenever he does this in all seriousness, I feel like laughing. Maybe it's my inexperience", Dhyan told The Times of India.

Vineeth said that he did not want to do a romantic comedy or a feel-good film after Thattathin Marayath. He had written on his blog that Thira is his most ambitious project till date.

"Most of the news about Thira has already come out. But there is something that has not come out through any source. Thira is not one film. It's a trilogy. If everything goes well by god's grace, Part 1 will be releasing in 2013. Part 2 and Part 3 will follow," he wrote.
