New Delhi, July 16 (ANI): Political leaders condemned Bihar Minister for art, culture and youth affairs Vinay Bihari over his statement wherein he said that mobile phones & Non-Veg diet are responsible for increasing cases of rape. Leaders and social activists said that such statements are ridiculous and should not be paid heed to by media or anyone.
