Vidya Balan who was over the moon, received the Nation’s fourth highest civilian award, Padma Shri. Vidya Balan, whose films such as Ishqiya, Paa and No One Killed Jessica, have got both commercial and critically applauded, said that it felt imaginary to have received such a prestigious award.
