New Delhi, Dec 24 (ANI): Union Petroleum Minister, Veerappa Moily, took additional charge of environment ministry portfolio on Tuesday. Moily said that the rules of the game have to be strictly followed and adhered to and nothing should be left to discretion. Ahead of his new role, Moily added that he will work without any fear or favour and said that the over-arching principle of regulation will have to be ensured.
