Pakistani actress and model Veena Malik, who has been firmly in the news following nude photo shoots for FHM India, is reportedly to be next seen in a forthcoming Bollywood film, as an item girl.
The near-undisputed queen of controversy will sway to "Channo", in Rumy Jaffrey's "Gali Gali Chor Hai", according to a Daily News and Analysis report, which also states the song has been choreographed by Ahmed Khan and voiced by Mamta Sharma.
The news was confirmed by the actress herself, who has reportedly turned down several other item songs. She claimed this one would be different from the others.
"From styling and the set up, to the tune and choreography, everything in this item number is different. Also, it's a Nitin Manmohan film, under the banner, One Up Entertainment Pvt Ltd. That is why I choose to do this item song," the Hindustan Times quoted Veena as saying.
Meanwhile, her official Web site claimed she had another item song forthcoming, this time in Mandeep Kuamr's "Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya".
