Chennai, Jan 19 (ANI): Minister of State in Prime Minister s Office and Congress leader V Narayanasamy called Narendra Modi a dictator for announcing himself as the prime ministerial candidate of the BJP much before time. BJP announced Modi as the PM candidate in September last year for the upcoming general elections, whereas ruling Congress party is yet to announce their candidate for the same. Speaking on party lines in Chennai on Sunday, Narayanasamy said that the lawmakers of the winning party decide the prime minister.
