Dehradun, Aug 17 (ANI): Talking about the ongoing havoc created by incessant rain in Uttarakhand, state Chief Minister Harish Rawat said that the situation is under control and the government is doing all to provide possible help. Rawat said that people are coming for help in housing, water and education. He also confirmed that 22 lives are lost in the rain and expressed grief over the same. The state chief minister also said that they are providing training to the volunteers to face the disaster so that they can help the people in time of trouble.
