New Delhi, Jan 02 (ANI): US Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard on Friday met Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in New Delhi to boost economic ties. Gabbard is the sole Hindu member of the US Congress. On her maiden visit to India, which commenced on December 15, Gabbard met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj. She also met chairman of National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) and interacted with several entrepreneurs and IT pioneers in Bengaluru. Her tour ends on Saturday. The Democrat from Hawaii discussed issues like environmental challenges, regional security challenges and militancy with Modi.
