Ghaziabad, Dec 27 (ANI): After UP Principal Secretary, Home, Anil Gupta said that 'no one dies of cold', AAP leader Kumar Vishwas called it pure arrogance and said that when the people will have an alternative like AAP in Delhi, the leaders will come back to their position. AAP is planning to expand its party in UP and other states before 2014 general elections. Vishwas also slammed the UP political leaders for transferring bureaucrats on illogical reasons like Saifai swimming pool case.
