Lucknow, Aug 15 (ANI): UP Governor Ram Naik on Friday extended greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Independence Day. Naik said that he wants to see Uttar Pradesh, which is facing a poor law and order situation, as 'Uttam Pradesh'.
