New Delhi, Feb 28 (ANI): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who is presenting the Union Budget for fiscal 2015-16 in the Lok Sabha, proposed to create a national agriculture market to increase farmers' income. Jaitley said that an ambitious soil health card has been introduced to improve soil fertility. He also proposed to allocate Rs. 25,000 crore in 2015 to rural development fund. Jaitley added that the budget ensures that it is banking the unbanked, and funding the unfunded.
