New Delhi, Oct 30 (ANI): Talking about the apparent to be Patna visit by BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on the occasion of ‘Chhoti Diwali’ in order to meet the serial blast victims, JD (U) leader KC Tyagi said that this is just politics by Modi and that it is unfortunate for the country that he is a PM candidate. Further, he said that there never had been such a PM candidate since last 40 years.
