New Delhi, Aug 21 (ANI): Voting for the by-polls in 10 assembly constituencies in Bihar began on Thursday on a peaceful note. The by-polls results will establish whether Prime Minister Narendra Modi's magic is still working in the state or that of Lalu Prasad and Nitish Kumar, who have claimed a winning formula in allying. Meanwhile, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain said that BJP and its allies will win all the 10 seats. However, RJD leader Manoj Jha said that RJD- JD (U) alliance will bring good result in the by polls.
