New Delhi/Noida, Nov 1 (ANI): Politicos reacted on Saturday after the Election Commission asked the Home Ministry to explain its decision to give a fresh compensation of Rs five lakh to the victims of 1984 anti-Sikh riots considering that the Model Code of Conduct is in force in Delhi because of the upcoming by-polls. Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that the government should give compensation to the victims of all the riots and politics should not be done in this issue. NCP leader Majid Memon also slammed the government for ignoring the victims of Muzaffarnagar and other riots. Leaders from other political parties also expressed similar sentiments.
