New Delhi, Dec 20 (ANI): According to a study by Harvard University, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tops the list of global leaders with reference to the developmental issues took up by him. Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that the foreign studies hold no meaning because decision of development is actually taken by the people of the country. Congress leader Manish Tewari said that Harvard has not considered all facts before study as no development has taken place in last 6 months of PM Modi's rule. JD (U) leader Ali Anwar said that such studies are not trustworthy. Meanwhile, BJP leader Sambit Patra said that the leaders of Opposition should learn from these studies as PM Modi is being appreciated worldwide for the development issues raised by him.
