Mumbai, Oct 19 (ANI): Adding a new twist to the Maharashtra elections rigmarole, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has offered outside support to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to form the government in the state. The NCP offer unsettles the positions taken by former partners, the BJP and the Shiv Sena, who were exploring the possibility of recementing their 25-year-old alliance which broke over sharing of seats before the October 15 polls.
