New Delhi, Nov 21 (ANI): The BJP on Friday targeted the regional National Conference for delaying the release of its manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP claimed that the NC has already accepted its defeat and therefore it is not releasing its manifesto.
