New Delhi, June 02 (ANI): Minister of State for Home Affairs, Kiren Rijiju on Monday said that the Home ministry has written a letter to the Uttar Pradesh government and demanded the implementation of SC/ ST act in the Badaun gang-rape case. He said that this is very normal and the letter contains only what was required to be done.
