Patna, Aug 23 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Saturday called on to the Dalit community and urged them to increase their population by marrying outside their caste. This came a fortnight after he revealed that he bribed officials to get his work done. Manjhi said that at a function organised to mark the unveiling of the statue of Dalit icon Bhim Rao Ambedkar on Thursday evening.
