New Delhi, Aug 8 (ANI): Former Union Minister Jaswant Singh has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Army Research and Referral Hospital in Delhi on Thursday, and is said to be in critical condition. A senior doctor at the hospital said that Singh has been operated upon for head injury. Singh reportedly slipped and grievously injured his head. According to reports, the former Union Minister was found unconscious around 11 pm at his residence last night. Senior BJP leader LK Advani visited the hospital to inquire about Jaswant Singh's welfare. The 76-year-old leader was expelled from the BJP earlier this year after he decided to contest the general elections from his home district Barmer in Rajasthan as an Independent candidate.
