Jammu, Aug 27 (ANI): Inspector General of BSF Jammu frontier, Rakesh Sharma on Wednesday informed that the first flag meeting between India and Pakistan post the ceasefire violations was held to resolve the issues at border. He further added that the meeting was held on primary level and it was decided that more such meetings would be held in near future to ensure peace at the border. The border officers' talks took place a day after the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) had talked over the hotline on ways to de-escalate tensions along the Line of Control and the International Border. The Directors General of Military Operations (DGMO) of India and Pakistan had concluded their talks on a positive note. Both the sides had then agreed to hold regular flag meetings to diffuse the tense situation along the Line of Control (LoC) and the International Border.
