New Delhi, Aug 30 (ANI): Talking about the encounter in Kupwara district of Jammu & Kashmir, wherein one Indian Jawan was killed, Security Analyst Retired Commodore Uday Bhaskar on Saturday said that such incidents show nature of proxy war against India. He said that this also reflect the tense situation along the line of control. Bhaskar said that the ceasefire violation by Pakistan is going on since many years and that India needs to find a composite response for the same.
