Quetta/ Geneva, Oct 20: The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) has expressed serious concern over the deteriorating human rights situation in Balochistan. Religious extremism, enforced disappearances, target killings and migration of minorities were some of the issues raised by the Commission at a press meet in Quetta. HRCP Chairperson Zohra Yusuf also expressed dismay over the shabby education and health facilities and poor economic conditions in the province resulting in misleading the Baloch youth. Targeted killings are regularly being reported from Balochistan, where incidents of enforced disappearances and dumping of mutilated bodies also continue. Rights groups are also concerned over prevailing political situation and rise in religious extremism in Pakistan, especially Balochistan
