New Delhi, Oct 21 (ANI): A new study has demonstrated that people who are physically active three times a week are less likely to go under depression. People who increased their weekly activity tend to have fewer depressive symptoms than those who are less active, particularly at younger ages. Leisure time or any kind of physical activity has a protective effect against depression. People were already aware of the benefits of physical activity on their general health, but they now they can also see positive effect on their mental well-being.
