Vellore, Jan 31 (ANI): Nearly eight workers were killed when an effluent treatment plant burst open in Tamil Nadu on Saturday early morning. So far, the cause of the accident is not known though the rescuers reached the accident spot in Vellore district and brought out the bodies. The police have registered a case and investigation is underway. Most of the workers were from eastern state of West Bengal.
