New Delhi, Nov 23 (ANI): Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, has dubbed the relationship between India and China, post Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power, as a 'good start'. Addressing a group of dignitaries at an event on "Cultivating Key Human Values" in New Delhi the Dalai Lama said he hopes the problems between the two countries will ease through mutual understanding. The Tibetan spiritual leader also asserted on peaceful negotiation between the two countries.
