Court to pass order on framing of charges in 2G Case on Oct 31

New Delhi, Oct 20 (ANI): Lawyer Vijay Agarwal on Monday said that the special court of CBI Judge OP Saini in the Enforcement Directorate case of Prevention of Money Laundering Act was fixed for the decision on whether the charges have to be framed against the 19 accused in the case. He added that due to legal issues involved in the case are numerous and the number of accused is 16, hence, the court has adjourned the hearing of the case till 31st October.
