New Delhi, Dec 16 (ANI): A special court on Tuesday rejected the CBI's closure report involving Hindalco in the coal blocks allocation scam case saying the matter needs more investigation. The court has sought statement of Manmohan Singh, who held charge of coal ministry at the time of allocation.
