New Delhi, Jan 26 (ANI): RK Laxman, the country's best-known cartoonist, passed away at 94 on Monday evening, at the Dinanath Mangeshkar hospital in Pune, where he was on life support for the past few days. Born in 1921 in Mysore, Laxman had no formal training in cartooning but the work he put out over decades was sheer genius. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences on the sad demise of Laxman. PM Modi tweeted- "My condolences to the family and countless well-wishers of a legend whose demise leaves a major void in our lives. RIP RK Laxman."
