New Delhi, Aug 25 (ANI): Britain's Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Monday. He also met Finance and Defence Minister Arun Jaitley following the same. Clegg is on a three days visit with an aim to bolster trade and strategic ties with India. His visit is intended to yield any immediate deals between the two governments, but is rather seen as the dawn of a long-term British strategy to focus relations with India on economic exchanges. Earlier, Clegg visited holy Sikh temple Bangla Sahib in the national capital. After offering prayers at the temple and taking a tour of the museum inside the temple premises, Clegg hailed the members of the Sikh community for their welcoming attitude to people of other faiths.
