Bihar, Aug 21 (ANI): The voting for the assembly by poll elections in Chhapra district of Bihar has begun on Thursday. JD (U), RJD and Congress had reached to an understanding to contest 10 Assembly seats in Bihar together. They had officially announced entering into an alliance earlier this month. Both the parties have drawn a lot of criticism from other political parties as prior to this alliance; the RJD and JD (U) had been in a constant conflict with each other.
