Kargil, Aug 12 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday arrived in Leh, amidst high security, where he is scheduled to address a rally. He is also going to visit Kargil later in the day. This is the PM's first visit to both these places after assuming his office. He will be laying the foundation stone for the Leh-Srinagar transmission line. Also, he will inaugurate two hydro-power projects in Ladakh as well as address citizens in the region. Talking about the same, BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the visit is a historic one and that the visit will be a salute to the people of these two areas.
