Robert Pattinson and Dylan Penn set the rumor mills abuzz with their recent vacation plans to Madrid. The purported vacation plans of the rumored exes came to fore when Penn arrived at Madrid-Brajas airport on March 28. According to onlookers, Sean Penn's daughter was all smiles while arriving at the airport and various publications claimed that the 22-year-old model was happy at the prospect of being joined by Pattinson later.
However, friends close to Pattinson revealed that the couple have not reignited any kind of romance, rather they are just friends.
"Rob and Dylan are friends, but that's it. They are not back together," Hollywoodlife quoted an insider, "They are not dating each other. Rob is so busy with work right now that dating is pretty much not on his radar."
This brings a sigh of relief for Robsten fans. Apparently, Penn and Rob have always been just friends and despite he rumors being in the air for quite some time, Penn revealed in January 2014 issue of GQ magazine that all the buzz about her and Pattinson is untrue.
"We're talking about Rob here? ... That's been very foreign to me. But actually kind of funny, because it's all bullshit," reported the website.
Pattinson and Penn generated romance rumors in September 2013, when they were seen in a heavy PDA session while hanging out with the friends at Chateau Marmont. The couple was reportedly canoodling and Pattinson was quite affectionate and comfortable with her.
That time a source had revealed to People's Magazine, "They've been dating a month or two," a source close to Rob confirmed, adding, "He's crazy about her." Wow! It's great that Rob has potentially found a new girlfriend," reported the website.
However, if recent sources are to be believed, the two are nothing but great friends.
