New Delhi, July 03 (ANI): With an aim to ensure high-speed connectivity between the two cities of Agra and New Delhi, the trial run of the semi-high speed train, which runs at a speed of 160 kmph was conducted on Thursday. The train will cover 200km between the two cities in 90 minutes. It would comprise 10 coaches and one locomotive. At present, Bhopal Shatabdi Express is the fastest train en route, which covers the distance in 2 hours. The semi- high speed service would tentatively be launched by November. The trial train left the New Delhi Railway Station today morning and is scheduled to reach Agra in 90 minutes.
