New Delhi, Sept 16 (ANI): A train carrying around 260 Kashmir flood survivors arrived in New Delhi more than a week after the worst deluge hit the heavily militarized and disputed region in 50 years. Most of the flood survivors were daily wage workers from Bihar and Jharkhand. A Kashmir flood survivor, Ram, praised the government and the army for massive relief and rescue operations. However, some people showed anger that relief efforts reached them much later after the floods had devastated everything.
