Manipur, Dec 09 (ANI): A delegation of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) visited Manipur in a bid to resolve the border fencing row with neighbouring Myanmar. According to the claims of Manipur Government, the border fencing in the State was indeed taking place well within the Indian Territory and had provided an opportunity to the neighbouring country to grab a large part of the same. The delegates inspected various disputed pillars at the border in Moreh town where they conducted a spot verification of the fencing work. Speaking to media persons, Joint Secretary of MHA in north east, Shambhu Singh, who was part of the delegation, said that a joint verification of the spot by both the countries can solve the problem.
