Krrish 3

Hrithik Roshan's "Krrish 3" is all set for a grand release on Diwali. The superhero flick, a sequel to "Koi Mil Gaya" and "Krrish", will be the only release this year for Hrithik. The actor's last release "Agneepath" was a big hit and the expectations on "Krrish 3" have skyrocketed.

It may be recalled the first and second part of this superhero franchise were blockbusters. The third part, "Krrish 3", will have a lot of special effects. It is reportedly made on a budget of ₹90 crore.

Dhoom 3

Aamir Khan's "Dhoom 3" is one of the most-awaited films of 2013. After John Abraham ("Dhoom") and Hrithik Roshan ("Dhoom 2"), Aamir Khan will be the antagonist in "Dhoom 3."

Aamir has been paired with Katrina Kaif for the first time. The first look poster of the film has already generated a lot of buzz. The film is reportedly made on a budget of ₹150 crore.

Satyagraha

Amitabh Bachchan's "Satyagraha" will be hitting the screens on 30 August.  Directed by Prakash Jha, "Satyagraha" has a big star cast including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Rampal.

The film deals with the real situation faced by the country and the youth - corruption.

Vishwaroopam 2 ("Vishwaroop 2" in Hindi)

Kamal Haasan's "Vishwaroopam 2" is one of the most-anticipated films of 2013, considering the fact that the first part "Vishwaroopam" was mired in controversies.

The delay in "Vishwaroopam" release earned the film more publicity and theatres. The film went on to rake in more than ₹200 crore at the worldwide box office.

Interestingly, "Vishwaroopam 2" will be releasing in the same year (2013) as the first part. Kamal had begun working for the sequel while shooting for the first part.

The spy-thriller will be laced with a strong mother-son sentiment. Most of the actors from the first part - Pooja Kumar, Andrea, Shekar Kapur and Rahul Bose - have been retained for the sequel.

"Vishwaroopam 2" was speculated to be released on Diwali but some reports have emerged that the film will have a solo release in November or December to get more screens and a wide opening across the globe. The magnum-opus is reportedly shot with a budget of ₹90-100 crore.

Kochadaiyaan

Rajinikanth's "Kochadaiyaan" (Hindi title not yet known) is an epic drama made using 3D motion technology.

For the first time, Rajinikanth's daughter will be directing him in a film, which will be released in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and English.

Post the success of "Endhiran" ("Robot" in Hindi), Rajinikanth's fame has been catapulted to the international arena. "Kochadaiyaan" is being reportedly made on a budget of ₹125 crore.

Boss

After appearing as a don in "Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Dobaara", Akshay is back to doing what he does best - action.

The actor reportedly dons the role of a gangster in "Boss". The trailer of the film, which was released recently, has created a stir on the internet.

Fans are waiting to see their favourite star back in Khiladi form, post the failure of his latest release "Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Dobaara." It is to be seen if "Boss" will end Akshay's flop streak with films "Khiladi 786" and "Joker."

Besharam

Post the success of "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" (YJHD), Ranbir Kapoor's "Besharam" is expected to perform well at the box office.

"YJHD" catapulted Ranbir to the big league and the actor even became one of the members of the elite ₹100 crore club. The actor is on a roll after the success of "YJHD" and "Barfi." It remains to be seen if "Besharam", which was made on a budget of ₹50 crore, will be able to sustain his success streak.

Ram Leela

Ranveer-Deepika's "Ram Leela" is said to be an adaptation of Shakespeare's love story Romeo and Juliet. Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is known for making unconventional big budget films, is helming "Ram Leela".

Expectations are high on the film, thanks to the director and leading stars - Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Ranveer is currently the toast of Bollywood following his critically-acclaimed performance in "Lootera." Deepika is also riding high on the success of back-to-back hit - "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" and "Chennai Express."

Arrambam (Beginning)

Actor Ajith's Tamil film "Arrambam" has been in the making for at least a year. The actor, who was last seen in the Tamil version of "English Vinglish", has teamed up with director Vishnu Vardhan for the second time.

Their first film "Billa" (remake of "Don") was a big hit in 2007. This has raised the expectations for their upcoming film.

"Arrambam" budget is expected to be around ₹80 crore. However, there is no official confirmation on the same.

Atharintiki Daaredi (Telugu film)

The Pawan-starrer is expected to be released in September. It is reportedly made on a budget of ₹30 crore.
