This woman sucks her boyfriend's blood to deal with a rare disease!

Georgina Condon, 39, a make-up artiste hailing from Australia suffers from a rare ailment termed 'thalassemia' which raises the requirement of consuming blood once a week.

Thalassemia is a rare genetic disorder which leads to the production of an abnormal type of haemoglobin.

But as per the Daily Mail report, Condon prefers sucking blood from her boyfriend instead of getting her blood transfusion done.

She even said that the high from the blood she sucks off her boyfriend is as good as sex.

"There is a reason that most vampire shows combine the two. It is a form of high that can't be exactly described," she told Daily Mail Australia.

This make-up artiste even got fake fangs which are crafted for her which she uses at times. Her boyfriend, whom she met three years back in Brisbane at a Bloodlust Ball, allows her to feed off him after cutting himself using a sterilized razor.

'I try on a weekly basis but it is hard on him and we don't have a set time such as 'dinner time' that would be strange,' she said, a Daily Mail report quoted.

Georgina got into the habit of drinking blood after she picked up a scab on her body at the age of 12 and she found finally found a willing donor when she turned 17.
