The makers of Aamir Khan's Dangal will release the film's first song on the occasion Children's Day. The song titled Baapu Tu Sehat Ke Liye Hanikarak Hai is an ode to Children's sentiments towards fathers.
The trailer of Dangal had impressed viewers and now the makers are gearing up to release the first song from the movie. Although Children's Day is on November 14, the track will be out on November 12.
Written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and composed by Pritam, the song is penned like an anthem where the children tell their strict father that he is not good for their health. Shot in Ludhiana, the song is a representation of all the emotions undergone by the little hearts on being coaxed to achieve higher goals.
The song video will apparently show the hard training that Aamir will impart to his onscreen daughters in Dangal. "Hanikarak' brings to the forefront the rigorous journey that led to the making of a female Olympic medal winner. The song beautifully encapsulates the feelings of Geeta and Babita towards their father (Mahavir Singh Phogat) during their training phase," spokesperson of the film said.
Two newcomers Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra will play the characters of Aamir's onscreen daughters. The crux of Mahavir Phogat's biopic, the father-daughter story has struck chords with the masses.
Aamir Khan's Dangal trailer has already crossed over 29 million views across platforms and is rapidly heading towards reaching the 30 million mark in less than a month of its launch. The film is slated to be released on December 23 and it is one of the most awaited flicks of this year.
