Real-life boxer Ritika Singh, who is ready to make her Bollywood debut with the movie "Saala Khadoos", has congratulated young champ Pranav Dhanawade. Pranav recently set a world record in cricket by scoring 1,009 runs in 323 balls in an under-16 inter-school match organised by the Mumbai Cricket Association.

Ritika took to Twitter and congratulated Pranav for his extraordinary feat. She also shared a YouTube video as a tribute to the young talent. Pranav is a student of KC Gandhi High School in Kalyan. Ritika was a student of the same school. Moreover, their residence is in the same area.

"Saala Khadoos" is a movie about a rustic fisherwoman, played by Ritika, whom R Madhavan's character, a badass boxing coach, grooms into a match-winning boxer. The film revolves around Madhavan who is relentlessly pushing his protege Ritika to overcome obstacles and achieve her goals.

"Saala Khadoos" is a film by Rajkumar Hirani Films & Tricolour Films in association with UTV Motion Pictures, and is directed by Sudha Kongara. Its trailer has received great response and has created great curiosity amongst audience around Ritika. The film is set to release on 29 January.
