Time and again it has been proved that arts have no barrier. Here is yet another example where a song made in small Kannada industry has found its fan in Pakistan. Yes, the popular 'Gombe Helutaite' song from Kannada movie Raajakumara has been appreciated by a Pakistani, who has shared good words about the V Harikrishna-composed track.

A video on social media and WhatsApp is doing rounds where the man claims that he is impressed by 'Gombe Helutaite' number and sung the opening line. In the clip he says, "Hi, I am from Pakistan. Forgive me if I have made any mistake while singing. My mother tongue is Urdu and I am not aware of Kannada." The man has sported the Pakistani flag on the left side of his shirt.

Gombe Helutaite song from Puneeth Rajkumar, Sarath Kumar and Priya Anand's film is one of the biggest chartbusters in Kannada in 2017. Vijay Prakash has lent his voice for the number.

However, the word of caution is that there is no authenticity in the clip whether he is really a Pakistani or some crazy fan of Puneeth Rajkumar, who has done this to garner spotlight. Nonetheless, it is now becoming a hot topic of discussion among Sandalwood film circles.

If true, this is the second such incident in the recent times where the arts have crossed all the barriers. Recently, movie goers from Pakistan on Twitter had requested SS Rajamouli to release his Baahubali 2 in their country.

India and Pakistan's strained relationship has often affected film industry, which becomes a soft target. But it has not stopped Hindi movies from releasing in Pakistan as films of Shah Rukh Khan and other stars enjoy good market. Also, Pakistani artistes have been associated with Indian films for years now.
