In Shah Rukh Khan's words, his film with Aanand L Rai will be technologically challenging. But the kind of work Red Chillies VFX has done in "Fan," this shouldn't be an uphill task.

An insider informed the Asian Age that work on SRK's look is on, for which Brad Pitt's "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" team has been roped in. "Yes, work on SRK's look has already started and Anand will invest a lot of time with Khan's VFX team as well. The pre-production will take a lot of time but they have enough time before the film goes on floors," the source further elaborated.

However, Aanand will not blindly assign the special effects work to the hired unit. He will apparently hold meetings with, work closely to ensure that the VFX doesn't come in the way of his style of filmmaking.

"The Hollywood team will present him with many options and after discussing it with SRK and his VFX team, a final call will be taken. But this is something that has never been done in India and everyone is excited," the insider further added.

On the casting front, rumours are rife that it may be Katrina Kaif who has been finalised as one of the leads in the two-heroine project. The buzz grew strong when the actress paid a late-night visit to Mannat (SRK's Mumbai residence), which went on till wee hours of the morning.

Alia Bhatt and Sonam Kapoor are two other names who have apparently approached to fill up the second slot. But chances of either of the actresses coming on board look bleak. From what has been reported so far, Sonam, after the super success of "Neerja," wouldn't want to be part of a multi-starrer and Alia would have already done a film with SRK (Gauri Shinde's untitled next).
