The sets resemble some popular places in Kolkata. It is reported that the song has come out well and the entire team is happy about it.

The music has been composed by youth sensation Anirudh Ravichander, who is composing music for an Ajith film for the first time.

Ajith has a penchant for such songs, as seen in his earlier films "Amarakalam" ("Kalam Karikalam Aagi Pochada") and "Vanmathi ("Pilayarpatti hero nee dhaan paa"). The songs and the films were hits, giving hope to the makers of "Thala 56" that the latest song will get a similar response from viewers.

Meanwhile, the makers are yet to finalise the title of the film tentatively titled "Thala 56". The film's producer says an appropriate name means a lot to Ajith and therefore, they are taking time to finalise and announce the name.

Shruti Haasan plays the female lead in the film, while Lakshmi Menon plays Ajith's sister. Kabir Singh will be seen as villain in the film, which is being directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by AM Rathnam.

The second schedule of the shooting will commence after the makers wrap up the first schedule in Chennai. "Thala 56" will be released during Diwali.
