The first look teaser of the upcoming Malayalam movie "Njangalude Veettile Adhithikal" starring Jayaram and Priyamani in the lead is released.

The film, touted as a family entertainer is directed by SibI Malayil. The teaser introduces the characters and the basic concept of the film.

The teaser shows a happy couple (Jayaram and Priyamani) who trust each other to the core. Things change completely when an intruder enters their personal space and disturb the trust and love they have for each other. The teaser gives an indication that Priyamani plays the role of a writer and the intruder is someone who is a fan of her works.

"Njangalude Veettile Adhithikal" is scripted by Gireesh Kumar, who is joining Malayil after a gap of nine years. The trio's (Malayil, Kumar and Jayaram) last film together was "Alice in Wonderland" in 2005. The film was a remake of the Hollywood romantic comedy "Benny and Joon" starring Aidan Quinn, Mary Stuart Masterson, Johnny Depp and Julianne Moore.

Kumar began his scripting career with Malayil's "Amrutham" in 2005. He then went on to do scripts for "Veruthe Oru Bharya", "Gaddama", "Swapna Sanchari", "Bharya Athra Pora" and "Pattam Pole."

Meanwhile, Jayaram is also awaiting the release of "Mylanchi Monchulla Veedu" directed by debutant Benny Thomas.

Priyamani was last seen in Malayalam with Mohanlal in the 2002 release "Grandmaster". The film was directed by B Unnikrishnan and she played the role of Deepthi, an advocate and the ex-wife of Chandrashekaran played by Mohanlal. The actress is also now popular among Malayalam television viewers as she is judging the dance reality show "D4 Dance" in Mazhavil Manorama.

The new pairing of Jayaram and Priyamani in "Njangalude Veettile Adhithikal" is expected to bring back the old charm of family stories of Malayalam cinema. The film also has Innocent, Lena, Naren and Kalabhavan Shajon in pivotal roles.

The film is produced by Milan Jaleel under the banner of Galaxy Films and the film will hit theatres on 24 October.
